Return & Exchanged

At Ropaly, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 3-day Return & Exchange policy, making it easy and convenient for you to shop with confidence.

 

Conditions for Return & Exchange:
Eligibility:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Items eligible for return or exchange must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the product.
Non-Returnable Products:

Certain products like undergarments, personal care items, perishable goods, or clearance/sale items are non-returnable unless there is a defect.
Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone within the 3-day window, providing your order details and reason for return/exchange.

Return Process:

Once your request is approved, you will be instructed on how to return the item to us.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or wrong.
Exchange Process:

Upon receiving the returned product in acceptable condition, we will dispatch the replacement item of your choice. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds:

If a refund is required, it will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit within 7 working days.
Important Notes:
Products sent back without prior authorization from Ropaly will not be accepted.
Ropaly reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
